Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days after purchase. Each item is 3D printed especially for you, so we need a little time to make your order perfect.

Occasionally, if a specific filament color is out of stock, processing may take a bit longer while we restock. We'll let you know if this happens and get your order to you as soon as possible.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after printing via PUDO or The Courier Guy.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or holidays.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us at made3designs@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product or 7 days after not receiving the item at all. We'll make it right - whether that's a replacement or refund.
