Those little rebels are called "stringing" or "blobs" in 3D printing speak. We clean them off, but sometimes tiny ones hide. Just pluck them off – it's oddly satisfying. Consider it interactive art.

Nope! That's the beauty of 3D printing. Each piece has its own tiny quirks – maybe a layer line here, a slightly different texture there. You're getting something unique, not a mass-produced clone.

Sorry, we only offer the colours you see on the site. We have curated our palette to make sure everything prints perfectly every time well, most times. If not, take a look at MADE Mistakes. The good news? We have plenty of fun colours to choose from already.

Keep them happy by avoiding extreme heat (no dishwashers, hot cars, or radiators). Clean with mild soap and cool water. Treat them like the quirky art pieces they are, and they'll last for years.

Our planters are water-resistant but not meant to be submerged. They're perfect for regular watering, but we recommend using a small dish underneath for plants that need serious drainage. Think of them as indoor planters with outdoor ambitions.

Some do, some don't - check each product description for details. No drainage hole? No problem! Just add some pebbles at the bottom or use it as a decorative cover for your regular plastic planter.

Our PLA products are happiest indoors. They can handle a covered patio but direct sun and rain will make them sad (and potentially warped).

Party favors? Wedding decorations? Office gifts? We love bulk orders! Give us at least 2-3 weeks notice and we'll make it happen. Our printers will work overtime (they don't complain much).

We exist in the cloud and in your homes, but not in a physical store. We're like Santa's workshop but with less snow and more filament. Everything ships from our print cave directly to you.
