Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What We Need

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • With the receipt or proof of purchase

About 3D Printing

Please note that 3D printed products naturally show visible layer lines, join marks, and surface textures - that's just how the printing process works. These characteristics are not defects and aren't grounds for returns.

Returns are only accepted for:

  • Genuinely defective items

  • Damaged products

  • Items broken during shipping

Requesting a Return

Contact us at info@made3designs.com to request a return. We'll send you the return address and instructions on how to send your package back.

Return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Important: Don't send items back without contacting us first - we won't be able to accept them.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Inspect your order when it arrives. If something's defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately at info@made3designs.com so we can make it right. If the item arrives damaged or defective - then we'll provide a return label at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Want a different item? The fastest way is to return what you have, and once approved, place a new order for what you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If yes, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank processing can take extra time - if it's been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at made3designs@gmail.com.
